Mike Buechel

President & CEO | Buechel Stone

Mike Buechel has lived in the stone industry since he was six years old, moving from his family’s Wisconsin cutting shed to the CEO’s chair. With over 35 years of dirt-under-the-fingernails experience, Mike has built upon his family’s deep-rooted legacy and helped to scale the company into a premier national source for natural stone. Mike takes pride in driving a culture focused on ensuring that every customer feels confident when selecting a material as permanent and impactful as natural stone.

He finds an often-ignored beauty in the technical precision of Division 4, where clear direction ensures that a designer's vision is faithfully translated from the page to the project. By sharing his deep knowledge of product selection and execution, he helps professionals craft specs that are as reliable and enduring as the stone itself.
